Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Because LifeArchive provides digital services, refunds are reviewed case by case. If there was a billing error or you could not access a purchased feature, contact support within 14 days of the charge.
PDF books, transcripts, audio files, and archive exports are digital products. Once generated or downloaded, they may not be refundable unless required by law.
Free and paid plans include different storage limits. If a subscription ends, the account may be moved to a free plan with reduced storage and export access.
Workspace owners are responsible for inviting contributors and managing permissions. Contributors should only upload memories, photos, audio, or video they have the right to share.
